The mandolin is used to good effect to recreate the Taurus 1 intro (longer than on the album) and then is used for some fun but impressive playing on sailors hornpipe and for what was originally a recorder solo on Ommadawn. Coming only a couple of years after the grandiose tour that was' exposed', this is altogether a smaller scale offering, but no fewer than five of his first seven studio albums are showcased here (ok five miles out only a little bit).
