I just made this with all the same ingredients as yours, and it tastes pretty damn similar. If you can find fresh dragonfruit, I would use that. As for sugar, Monin makes a mango concentrate which is sugar-free! If you can find fresh dragonfruit, I would use that. Select a store to view availability.
